- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 살아갈 미래인재가 갖추어야 할 역량에 대하여 전문가들의 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 교육 분야 전문가 144명을 대상으로 사전 연구에서 정립한 지능정보 핵심인재상에 대한 인식조사를 실시하였다. 전문가들의 주요 인식 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지능정보 핵심인재의 4가지 역량에 대한 동의수준은 ‘창의융합 역량’, ‘메이킹 역량’, ‘인성 역량’, ‘전문성 역량’ 순으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 특성요인에 대한 동의수준은 ‘창의융합 역량’에 속한 ‘문제해결능력’이 가장 높게 조사되었다. 마지막으로 특성요소에 대한 동의수준은 ‘메이킹 역량’의 ‘분석능력’ 요인에 포함된 ‘문제분석’ 요소가 가장 높게 조사되었다.
