- Abstract
- 최근 소방공사 분야에 대한 국내의 연구 및 제도는 시설물의 비용증가에 대한 저감대책과 건축물의 가치향상을 위한 접근은 제시되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국토교통부 건설사업정보화포탈시스템의 설계VE마당에 등록된 가치공학 수행 현황 및 제안사례를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 가치공학 수행 시 전문 소방기술자의 참여율이 평균 26.1%가 나타났으며, 시공단계에서의 소방분야 제안건이 6년 동안 단 1건으로 나타났다. 본 논문의 결과를 바탕으로 한 제언은 가치공학 수행시 전문 소방기술자의 참여가 의무화할 필요가 있으며, 시공가치공학이 활성화 될 수 있는 프로세스 개선과 제도 확보가 필요하다고 분석되었다.
