Abstract

This study was conducted on the local college Taekwondo Demonstrators The motivation for participation is psychological happiness and career preparation behavior. The purpose is to in the process of finding out the correlation in order to achieve the purpose of research 451 members of the local college Taekwondo Demonstrators. It was selected as a research target. First, Participative Motivation by College Taekwondo Demonstrators of Psychological Happiness had a positive effect on confidence. Another a subfactor of Psychological Happiness the inner and outer motives for the sense of immersion had a positive effect. Second, Participative Motivation by College Taekwondo Demonstrators of career preparation behavior A sub-factor of the necessary tools had a positive effect.
