- Abstract
- 최근 감정노동과 직무만족을 조절할 수 있는 중요한 개념으로 감정지능이 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구의목적은 호텔 종사자들의 감정노동과 직무만족의 영향 관계를 파악하고 감정지능의 조절효과를 규명하는것이다. 본 연구는 위계적 회귀모형을 통해 가설을 검증하고자 하는 횡단적 실증조사연구이다. 감정부조화는 직무만족을 저하시키고, 감정노력은 직무만족을 향상시키며, 감정이해능력과 타인감정이해능력은감정노력과 작용하여 직무만족도를 높여 주는 조절변수임을 확인하였다. 호텔종사자들이 직무에 만족하기 위해서는 감정노동을 긍정적으로 조절하여 직무만족을 향상 시킬 수 있는 감정지능 향상 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 실행할 필요가 있다.
