- Abstract
- 본 연구는 유명 문화유산관광지인 미얀마 바간을 방문한 외래 개별관광객을 대상으로 첫째, 문화관광유산지의 관광수용태세의 하위차원을 규명하여 관광객 행동의도간의 영향관계를 검증하고 둘째, 다른 관광지의 관광수용태세 및 행동의도간의 영향관계와의 차이점이 존재하는 지를 밝히는 것을 주목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위한 표본의 수집은 미얀마의 유명 문화유산 관광지인 바간을 방문한 215명의 개별 외래관광객을 대상으로 편의 표본추출방법을 통한 자기기입식 설문조사를 수행하였다. 실증분석결과는 관광수용태세 하드웨어차원의 관광자원과 소프트웨어차원의 관광정보 및 홍보물만이 관광객 행동의도인 재방문 및 추천의도 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 관광수용태세 휴먼웨어차원의 언어소통은 재방문의도에만 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과에 따르면 문화유산관광지를 활성화시키기 위해서는 무엇보다 관광자원, 관광정보 및 홍보물, 언어소통을 중요시하여 관심을 가질 필요가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
