- Abstract
- 본 연구는 임산부의 원가족 어머니애착, 불안정 성인애착, 부부관계 질, 태아애착의 구조적 관계와 원가족 어머니애착과 태아애착의 관계에서 불안정 성인애착과 부부관계의 질의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 서울·경기지역의 임산부 625명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료분석을 위해 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원가족 어머니애착은 태아애착에 직접적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 원가족 어머니애착이 부부관계 질을 통해 태아애착에 영향을 미치는 매개경로가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 원가족 어머니애착이 불안정 성인애착과 부부관계 질을 통해 태아애착에 영향을 미치는 이중매개경로가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 임산부의 태아애착을 높일 수 있는 방안과 원부모와의 애착형성 및 배우자의 지지에 대한 제언을 제시하였다.
