- Abstract
- We consider the vehicle relocation problem for one-way car sharing system. For the relocation operation, the rent car company can use the internal operator or external operator. The internal operators can move to vehicle base to relocate the car by internal car or external car. The mixed integer linear programming model is formulated to minimize the total operational cost. Real data is extracted from virtual bases in Seoul area to perform the computation simulation. The simulation results show that the operational cost is increased by using the external vehicle and infeasible case is decreased by using the external operator.
