- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to establish the relationship between professor-student interaction, academic achievement, career decision-making attitude, and major satisfaction of university Taekwondo department student. 684 questionnaires except for 66 tentative questionnaires with omitted entry or entry twice of collected questionnaires were adopted as final data. As data processing, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability coefficient, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis were conducted by using statistical package SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The results was shown as followings. First, there is a significant positive correlation between professor-student interaction, academic achievement, career decision-making attitude, and major satisfaction of university Taekwondo department student. Second, professor-student interaction of university Taekwondo department student has an impact on academic achievement, and has a positive impact on closeness and trust of professor-student interaction factors. Third, professor-student interaction of university Taekwondo department student has an effect on career decision-making attitude, and has a positive effect on closeness and trust of professor-student interaction factors. Fourth, professor-student interaction of university Taekwondo department student has an effect on major satisfaction, and closeness and trust of professor-student interaction factors have a positive effect on subject satisfaction among sub-factors of major satisfaction.
