- Abstract
- 본 연구는 보육교사의 전문성 및 CCTV 필요성 인식과 역할수행, 어린이집 조직건강 간의 구조적 관계를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울시에 위치한 어린이집 교사 246명을 대상으로 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 구조방정식으로 분석하였다. 연구결과를 제시하면, 첫째, 어린이집 조직건강은 보육교사의 전문성, 역할수행, CCTV 필요성 인식과 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 전문성이 역할수행과 CCTV 필요성 인식에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치며 역할수행과 CCTV 필요성 인식이 조직건강에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 완전매개 모형이 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났다. 즉, 보육교사의 전문성은 교사의 역할수행과 CCTV 필요성 인식을 통해 어린이집의 조직건강에 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 어린이집 조직건강에 교사의 역할수행과 CCTV 필요성 인식이 필요한 변인임을 확인시켜 주는 것이며, 어린이집의 조직건강을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 교사의 전문성 고양과 CCTV 활용 측면에서 논의하였다.
