A Study on the Intervention of Property Management Enterprises in Community Governance Model - Based on Property Management of Public Product in Attribute Perspective -

Abstract

At the end of 2019, there was a major outbreak of the “COVID-19” outbreak in China. In this outbreak prevention and control campaign, The property management enterprise all over the country performed actively, playing a vital role and value as a new force. The paper puts forward that the property management enterprises should be included as one of the subjects of national urban and rural community governance from the perspective of the public product attribute of property management. The existing community neighborhood committee as the main body of the community governance model into the community neighborhood committee, owners committee, property enterprises as the main body of the community governance model. Through the method of literature analysis and qualitative analysis, the author innovates the national urban and rural community governance model by applying the existing theories and practical cases.
