- Abstract
- 손목의 척측 해부학적 구조물은 작고 복잡하기 때문에 손목의 척측 통증에 대한 진단은 어려운 점이 많다. 건과 관련하여 손목의 척측에 통증을 호소할 때는 척수근신건(extensor carpi ulnaris tendon)과 척수근굴건(flexor carpi ulnaris tendon)에 의한 통증을 감별 진단해야 한다. 척수근신건에 의한 통증은 아탈구, 탈구, 협착성건막염과 건병증을 고려해야 한다. 척수근굴건에는 건초가 없기 때문에 척수근신건에서 발생하는 아탈구, 탈구, 협착성건막염이 발생하지 않는 대신에 칼슘 침착성 건염과 결절성 건병증이 많이 발생한다.
