| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 팀 프로젝트 기반 학습성과인 팀 창의성, 프로젝트 학습만족도, 지각된 학습에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 선행요인을 검증하고자 수행되었다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 과제실제성, 과제가치, 팀 효능감, 팀 태만, 교수자의 피드백을 선행요인으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 A대학의 2019년도 2학기 실무 프로젝트 교과목을 수강한 학생으로부터 수업 첫 주와 종료 시점에서 2회 설문조사로 이루어졌다. 최종 397명의 자료를 분석에 활용하였으며, 분석방법으로는 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 팀 창의성에는 과제실제성, 팀 효능감, 교수자의 피드백이 정적으로 유의하게 영향을 미쳤고 팀 태만은 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 프로젝트 학습만족도 향상에는 과제실제성과 팀 효능감이 정적으로 유의한 반면, 팀 태만은 만족도를 저해하는 요인으로 나타났다. 지각된 학습에 대해서는 과제실제성, 과제가치, 팀 효능감이 유의한 변인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 팀 창의성을 비롯한 프로젝트 기반 학습의 다양한 성과를 향상시키는데 중요한 선행요인을 밝히고, 교육현장에서 팀 기반 프로젝트 학습을 촉진하고 지원하는데 시사점을 제시하였다. | - |
