- Abstract
- 최근 저널리즘이 인공지능이나 데이터 과학 기술과 접목되면서 빠르게 개편되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 확장된 기술수용모델을 적용해 중국 AI 뉴스 애플리케이션인 진르터우탸오의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 진르터우탸오를 이용한 경험이 있는 중국인 183명을 대상으로 연구를 진행한 결과, AI 뉴스 앱 특성 중 정확성과 최신성, 개인화 추천이 인지된 이용 용이성, 인지된 유용성, 신뢰를 거쳐 이용 만족과 지속이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 새로운 저널리즘 기술로서 AI 뉴스 애플리케이션의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝힘으로써 이론적, 실제적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.
