- Abstract
- 스마트폰 콘텐츠의 소비가 증가하는 가운데 중국 내 쇼트 클립 시장이 급격히 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 기대일치모델을 적용해 중국 쇼트 클립 애플리케이션인 틱톡의 서비스 특성과 이용자 특성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위해 중국 이용자를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 틱톡의 서비스 특성인 정보 제공성, 상호작용성, 유희성, 개인화 추천과 이용자 특성인 혁신성과 자기효능감이 인지된 유용성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 기대일치모델의 모든 경로에서도 정적인 인과관계가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 대표적인 쇼트 클립 애플리케이션인 틱톡의 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인을 확인함으로써 이론적, 실제적 시사점을 제공하는 데 연구의 의의를 지닌다.
