- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 아동 중심 수업과 초등학교 1학년 아동의 학교적응 관계에서 교사효능감의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를위해 육아정책연구소(KICCE)의 한국아동패널(PSKC) 8차년도(2015년) 교사와 만6세 시점인 아동의 데이터 중 결측치를 제외한총 1,031명의 자료를 SPSS Statistics 18.0과 PROCESS MACRO를 이용하여 매개 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 아동 중심 수업은 교사의 효능감과 유의미한 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다. 둘째, 교사의 효능감이 높을수록 초등학교 1학년 아동의 학교 적응에도움이 되었다. 셋째, 아동이 주체가 되는 교사의 수업방법인 아동 중심 수업은 교사의 효능감을 높여 초등학교 1학년 아동의 초기학교적응에 긍정적인 영향력을 미치는 것이 확인되었다. 본 연구는 유⋅초 교육이 연계되어 아동이 중심이 되는 수업을 지향하고, 의무교육을 처음 시작하는 아동의 학교 적응에 미치는 영향력을 교사효능감과 연관 지어 시사점을 제공한다는 데에 의의를 가진다
