Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the causes of emotional labor and job stress among Taekwondo masters. 139 research participants were collected through objective labeling and data was collected using semi-structured open questionnaires. The collected data was coded using Microsoft office 365 Excel and analyzed through a group of experts to conclude that: First, the causes of emotional labor recognized by Taekwondo masters were analyzed as deep acting(emotional contagion) and surface acting(emotional restraint, emotional dissonance). Second, it was analyzed that the causes of job stress recognized by Taekwondo masters were interpersonal (interpersonal conflict, communication, trainee ecology), and working environment(time control, work burden, communication).
