- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 한국의료패널(Version 1.7) 2018년 연간 데이터를 활용하여 119 구급차, 개인 차량, 택시의 응급실방문 소요시간을 분석하고, 개인⋅가구 특성 및 응급 상황 특성 변수를 이용해 119 구급차, 개인 차량, 택시의 소요시간 영향요인을 추정하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 분석 대상인 2,032건 중 119 구급차가 427건(21.0%), 개인차량이 1,276건(62.8%), 택시가 329건(16.2%)이었다. 둘째, 소요시간은 119 구급차가 23.14 min, 개인 차량이 25.06min, 택시가 19.01 min이었으며, 전체 평균은 23.68 min으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도시와 농산어촌의 차이가 119 구급차,개인 차량, 택시에서 모두 통계적으로 소요시간의 유의한 영향요인이었으며, 특히 농산어촌은 도시보다 소요시간이약 7-10 min 더 걸리는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 개인 차량에서 소득이 적을수록 소요시간이 더 걸렸다. 응급실 방문소요시간에 미치는 경제사회적 특성이나 지역적 요인을 고려하여 구급 서비스의 소요시간을 효율적으로 관리한다면, 구급 서비스의 품질 제고를 크게 기대할 수 있다.
