- Abstract
- 《제경경물략》은 북경의 명승지와 경물을 관찰하고 체계적으로 기술한 서적으로, 1차적 연구 자료로서 매우 가치 있는 작품이다. 또한 유동과 우혁정 2인의 관찰과 탐색을 통해 명대 북경의 풍경과 사람들의 삶을 구체적으로 현시대에 재현해볼 수 있는 의미 있는 작품이다. 게다가 주손이 선별한 시를 배치해 둠으로써 유기의 문학성을 한층 더 제고시켰다. 이 책은 첫째, 협업 작업을 통해 창작의 지평을 넓혔으며, 둘째, 경물과 사회를 인위적으로 분리하지 않고, 지리와 풍속, 역사, 사회, 문화, 인간이라는 각 단위를 遊記 속에 결합시켜 통합적으로 서술하였다. 셋째, 이 책에는 경릉파 산문의 예술적 특징이 구체적으로 드러나 있다. 넷째, 《제경경물략》은 유기의 소재로써 흔하지 않던 북경이라는 ‘장소’를 중심으로 그곳과 관련된 역사적·문화적 정보들을 제공하였다.
