- Abstract
- 본 연구는 기업이 실시하는 SNS 시장활동에서 다양한 특성들이 소비자의 신뢰 및 브랜드 태도에 미치는영향을 확인함으로써 기업에게 공헌할 수 있는 이론적 및 실무적 자료를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본연구는 SNS 시장활동과 관련된 다양한 선행문헌을 고찰하여 연구모형을 구축하였고, 연구모형을 바탕으로설문지를 작성하여 전문 설문기관인 엠브레인을 통해 설문조사를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 24.0를통해 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석을 실시하였고, AMOS 25.0을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 실증분석을실시하였다. 연구의 결과에 의하면 SNS 시장활동을 하는 기업들은 SNS 시장활동 특성 및 인플루언서 특성을고려할 필요가 있다. 기업은 SNS 시장활동을 실시하기 앞서 다양한 특성들을 고려함을 동시에 기업의 제품및 브랜드와 성격이 맞는 인플루언서를 선정하는 것이 중요하다. 시장활동에서 인플루언서에 대한 신뢰를높이는 가장 중요한 특성은 인플루언서 및 다른 SNS 이용자와 지속적으로 정보를 공유할 수 있는 특성인상호작용성으로 나타났고, 브랜드 태도를 높이는 가장 중요한 특성은 제품을 홍보하고 소개하는 인플루언서의 매력성으로 나타났다
