As results of this study, the Balance Walking PT chair exercise significantly decreased weight, BMI, body fat percentage, body fat mass, waist circumference, and WHR in the body composition compared to the control group. And In the health-related fitness, muscle strength and muscle endurance, and flexibility were further increased in the exercise group than those in control group. The Balance Walking PT chair exercise is down-regulated concentration of total cholesterol and TC, TG, LDL-C as well as up-regulated HDL-C levels in the blood.
