- Abstract
- 진료실에서 치과의사는 flabby tissue가 있는 의치 환자를 흔히 만날 수 있다. Flabby tissue는 인상을 채득할 때 인상재에 의해 변위되어 의치의 유지와 안정을 저해하기 때문에 선택적인 가압을 통해 인상을 채득할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 증례에서는 개인 트레이에 window를 형성하여 flabby tissue 부위의 무압 인상을 채득하였고, 이 과정에서 모델 스캐너로 치료 의치를 스캔한 후 3D 프린터로 복제하여 개인 트레이를 제작하였다. 최종 의치는 치료 의치의 전치 배열과 악간 관계, 교합에 대한 정보를 반영하여 제작하였다.
