| dc.description.abstract | · 연구 주제: 구성원이 인지하는 분위기 격차가 그들의 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 창의성의 매개효과와 암묵적 지식공유의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. · 연구 배경: 중국 중소기업에서 혁신행동의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 것을 바탕으로 이를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하고 이를 검증하였다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 혁신행동을 향상시키는 방안과 관련하여 조절된 매개효과 모형을 제시함으로써 선행연구에서 제한된 연구 영역을 확장시켰다. · 연구방법: 실증적 연구로써 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집하고 다양한 분석기법을 통해 본 연구에서 설정된 가설들을 검증하였다. · 연구결과: 높은 수준의 분위기 격차는 창의성을 통해 구성원의 혁신행동을 향상시킬 수 있다. 이 과정에서 창의성의 완전 매개효과를 보여주었고 암묵적 지식공유의 조절된 매개효과를 보여주었다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 새로 등장된 분위기 격차의 개념을 규명하였고 역할을 검증하였으며 혁신행동 연구 영역을 확장하는데 기여하였다. | - |
