- Abstract
- 본 연구는 주택유형에따라 다르게 나타날 수 있는 복합토지이용에 대한선호가 주택가격에 어떻게 반영되는지를 알아보고자 한다. 특히, 주택유형을 대규모 주거단지인 아파트와 아파트를 제외한 다가구, 단독주택과 같은일반주택으로 나누어, 서로 다르게 나타날 수 있는 복합토지이용의 선호를 비교분석하고자 한다. 이를통해, 서울시 복합토지이용 정책에 대한 실효성을분석해보고 이에 따른 정책적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.
