- Abstract
- In this brief, we present a wide dynamic range (DR) multi-mode band-pass continuous-time delta-sigma modulator (BP-CTDSM) employing a single-opamp resonator with positive resistor-feedback. The positive resistor-feedback single-opamp resonator achieves high quality factor even if an opamp has lower gain-bandwidth. The prototype BP-CTDSM is fabricated in a 180-nm CMOS technology. The signal bandwidth is 200 kHz and the DRs of 90.39, 88.42, and 88.15 dB are achieved at the center frequencies of 20, 5, and 2 MHz, respectively.
