- Abstract
- This research aims to identify the effects of twelve-weeks Resistance Training and PNF Stretching on low back pain and antreior pelvic tilt in women The subjects were randomized classified into the training group(TG, 12 people) and the control group(CG, 10 people). TG group conducted twelve-weeks Resistance training and PNF stretching, and CG group paused physical actibity for twelve-weeks. The resistance training and PNF stretch of the subjects were evaluated before and after twelve-weeks training.
We conducted Repeated Two-way ANOVA, paired t-test, and independent t-test of the collected data.
The significance level for all statistical analyses is set to p<.05. As the results, Twelve weeks of resistance training and PNF stretch significantly improved low back pain and angle of anterior pelvic tilt in women.
As such, twelve weeks of resistance training and PNF stretching significantly improves the low back pain and anterior pelvic tilt of women.
