- Abstract
- 이 연구는 태권도 도장에 등록 중인 원생의 학부모들이 인지하고 있는 지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 재등록 의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 성별과 연령에 따른 조절효과를 검증하기 위해 진행하였다. 이를 위해 수도권 태권도 도장에서 수련중인 원생 261명의 학부모를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 26.0과 AMOS 26.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 재등록의도에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성별과 연령에 따른 조절효과는 없는 것으로 나타났다.
