- Abstract
- 목적 본 연구의 목적은 아동의 그릿, 학교적응, 진로성숙도 간의 관계를 살펴보고, 그릿이 진로성숙도로 가는 경로에 있어 학교적응의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 이를 위하여 한국아동패널(PSKC) 조사의 11차(초등학교 4학년, 2018년) 시기부터 13차(초등학교 6학년, 2020년) 시기까지 측정된 아동 2,150명의 종단자료를 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 28.0과 PROCESS Macro v4.0을 활용하여 매개효과를검증하였다. 결과 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동의 그릿은 학교적응과 진로성숙도와 정적 상관을 나타냈고, 학교적응은 진로성숙도와 정적 상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 아동의 학교적응은 아동의 성별, 부모의 학력 및 취업여부와 같은 중요한 공변인을 통제한 상태에서, 그릿과 진로성숙도 사이의 관계를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과는 초등학교 고학년생의 진로성숙도를 높이기 위한 교육적 접근 및 프로그램 개발에 실무적 시사점을 제공하는기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.
