Abstract
随着高管在企业环境保护相关业务中的作用变得重要,关于高管的研究逐渐增多。高管离职与企业组织绩效之间的关系研究不仅成为人力资源管理领域的一个重要课题,也是企业治理的重要研究之一。因此,本研究采用固定效应模型对2011-2020年的中国A股上市公司进行实证分析。研究结果表明,高管离职对企业组织绩效的影响呈负显著影响。此外,在国有企业、上市年龄长的企业、成长期与成熟期的企业中,公司性质的调节作用更为显著。本研究的政策意义是不断丰富高管离职对企业组织绩效影响的理论机制,促进理论研究,提升企业组织绩效管理。
