- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 건강관리 응용 프로그램 및 병원 간의 의료 정보 교환 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이를 위해 CCR, PHR, HL7 / XML 기반의 의료 정보 시스템을 관련 연구로 분석하고, 의료 정보교환 시스템이 정의하였다. 구현을 위하여 의료 정보 교환 프로토콜이 정의하고 어플리케이션을 구현하여 테스트하였다. 의료 정보 교환 프로토콜은 요청 / 응답에 의해 운영되는 메시지 형태로 정의하였으며, 병력, 검사 결과, 수술 내용 등 다양한 정보가 포함되어 있다. 또한 실제로 프로토콜을 구현할때 몇 가지 상황에 따라 로그인, 개인 의료 정보 전송, 맥박 및 호흡 전송 등으로 분류하여 메시지가구현되었다. 마지막으로, 구현 된 프로토콜을 사용하여 로그인 요청 / 응답 테스트가 수행하였으며, 이것을 사용하여 혈압 정보 커플 링 응용 프로그램을 구현하고 테스트하였다.
