- Abstract
- While business environment being ke en due to the growth of information technology, IT (Information Technolo gy) companies who has high depend ency on manpower, they are a lot of effort to attract and reserve human re sources for establish management po licy as compared to other industries. This study focused on bottom-up wor king environment considering of speci ficity of the IT industry, which is emph asis work-life harmony and autonomy and delegation necessary to create of fice environment. Result to using the structural equation modeling (SEM) t o verify the data collected from 198 IT company workers, Emotional Intelli gence showed to be a positive impact on job crafting, and job crafting also appeared to be positive effect betwee n job satisfaction and job performanc e. In addition, Job crafting appeared to have a mediating effects on the rel ationship between emotional intellige nce and job satisfaction and between emotional intelligence and job perfor mance.
