- Abstract
- 이 연구는 필라테스 지도자의 전문성이 매력성 및 참가자의 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 서울 및 경기도에 소재하고 있는 피트니스 클럽에서 필라테스에 참가하고 있는 회원 229명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도검사 및 타당도검사, 기술통계분석, 그리고 상관분석을 실시하였다. 또한 변인간의 인과관계를 분석하기 위하여 AMOS 18.0 이용하여 경로분석을 실시하였으며 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 필라테스 지도자의 전문성은 매력성에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 필라테스 지도자의 전문성은 참가자의 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 필라테스 지도자의 매력성은 참가자의 운동지속에 정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 필라테스 지도자의 전문성과 매력성 및 참가자의 운동지속에는 인과적 관계가 있다.
