Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of self-leadership on innovative behavior and organizational Effectiveness of the special force noncommissioned officer. To attain the goal, the authors collected the questionnaires of 345 members who belong to noncommissioned officers at A Airborne Special Forces Brigade located in S district of Seoul. For data processing, the confirmatory factor analysis, cronbach’s α, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression was practiced by using statistical package SPSS21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The study has gained the following results: First, self-leadership, innovative behavior, organizational effectiveness of special force noncommissioned officers appeared to have significant positive relationship. Second, self-leadership of the special force noncommissioned officer was turned out to affect positive influences to the innovative behavior, and constructive thought-pattern strategies, a sub-factor of self-leadership, was displayed to engage most greatly. Third, self-leadership of the special force noncommissioned officer appeared to affect positive influences to job satisfaction and organizational commitment, a sub-factor of organizational effectiveness, and natural reward strategies, a sub-factor of self-leadership, was turned out to engage in job satisfaction and organizational commitment most greatly.
