태권도전공 교수의 감성리더십과 학생의 자기효능감 및 학업태도의 관계

Abstract

The purpose of study is to analyze a professor of emotional leadership recognized by Taekwondo majored students, and to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic attitude of student. To attain the goal, After setting a Taekwondo major student as a population, among nonprobability smapling, the convenience sampling method was used and the survey was distributed to 420 Taekwondo major students who enrolled in 4 capital region Universities(G, K, K, Y University). Except for 23 questionnaires insincere answer and which is partly omitted, 397 questionnaires were analyzed. For data processing, the confirmatory factor analysis, cronbach’s α, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression was practiced by using statistical package SPSS21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The study has gained the following results: First, the sub factor of professor emotional leadership, relationship management has turned out to affect positive influences to the self-efficacy. Second, self-efficacy ability of professor recognized by Taekwndo major student has influenced on school adaptation, the social awareness ability has influenced on a substantiality of course, and the self management ability has influenced on instructor evaluation.
