전문직 정체성 형성과정에 있는 재한 중국인 상담자의 경험에 대한 질적 연구

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 재한 중국인 상담자의 전문직 정체성 형성과정에 있어서의 특성을 심층적으로 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학원 졸업 후 2년 이상의 상담경험을 가진 재한 중국인 상담자 10명을 심층면담을 진행하였고, 합의적 질적 연구방법(CQR)을 사용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석의 결과, 상담자 전문직 정체성 향상 위한 노력, 상담자 전문직 정체성 형성과정에서의 어려움, 상담자 전문직 정체성 형성 과정에서 어려움 극복과정, 상담자 전문직 정체성 발달 경험까지 총 4개의 영역이 도출되었고, 이하로 총 9개의 범주와 34개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 재한 중국인 상담자의 전문직 정체성 형성과정의 경험의 실체를 밝히는데 의의를 둘 수 있다. 또한 재한 중국인 상담자의 전문적 교육훈련에 대한 기초자료를 제공하여 나아가 상담자 전문직 정체성 혼란을 겪는 재한 중국인 상담자들에게 유용한 여러 대처방안을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구가 갖는 제한점 및 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. | - |
