- Abstract
- 한국군의 무기체계 연구개발 사업관리는 HW중심의 복잡하고 경직된 절차로 되어 있어 소요결정부터 전력화까지 10~15년 이상 장기간이 소요되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 Agile 개발 방법론을 적용하여 신속하고 유연한 SW중심 무기체계의 연구개발 사업관리 절차를 마련하고, HW중심 무기체계로까지 확대하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.
