Abstract
The novel method to grow well-defined microstructure of Perylenetetracarbokydiimide (PTCDI) derivative by eutectic solidification has been investigated. Well-defined nanopatterns were fabricated using FTCDI with sub-gm resolution by soft lithography. Single crystalline nanostructure of p-n heterojunction of Rubrene and PTCDI is demonstrated.
