- Abstract
- 셰일혁명으로 촉발된 국제 에너지 질서 변화를 (1) 기후변화와 에너지 안보 (2) 에너지 시장과 지정학 (3) 글로벌 에너지 거버넌스와 아키텍쳐의 세 가지 시각에서 살펴본다. 최근 국제 에너지 질서를 기후변화와 에너지 안보의 상충, 에너지 시장과 지정학의 불확실성과 충돌, 거버넌스의 부재로 규정하고 해결책으로 글로벌, 아시아 지역적 수준에서의 다자협력체와 거버넌스 구축이 필요함을 지적한다.
