심미적 판단력 형성을 위한 기업예술교육 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 인적자원개발활동에서 구성원들의 창조적 역량을 함양시키기 위한 다양한 형태의 기업예술교육이 시도되고 있는 가운데, 기업예술교육의 본질적 의미를 탐구하고, 새로운 가치창조의 근원이 되는 심미적 판단력의 형성 원리와 과정을 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업예술교육은 꼭 필요한 것 이상의 것을 하는 미(美)적 행위를 통해 가치창조의 근간이 되는 심미적 판단력을 형성하는 과정으로서 그 의미가 있다. 둘째, 심미적 판단력은 공동의 선(善)을 추구하는 마음을 바탕으로 자신의 일을 통해 자기다움을 찾아가고자 노력하는 과정에서 형성된다. 심미적 판단력은 교수자가 자신의 전신체적 반응을 통해 학습자에게 현재 상태 이상의 것을 감각하게 함으로써 익숙한 것을 낯설게 만들고 낯선 것을 익숙하게 만드는 내적 갈등 및 해소의 과정을 통해 한 단계 높은 수준으로 도약한다. 본 연구는 기업교육 분야에서 미(美)를 기반으로 기업예술교육이 갖는 본질적인 의미를 탐색했다는 데 있어서 이론적 의의가 있으며, 심미적 판단력 형성을 위한 기업예술교육의 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 실제적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the essential meaning of the Corporate Aesthetic Education and look into the formative principles and process of aesthetic judgment that becomes a source of creating new values amid various forms of attempts for the Corporate Aesthetic Education for the cultivation of workers’ creativity in human resources-developing activities. Results of this study are as follow; First, Corporate Aesthetic Education has its meaning as a process of forming the aesthetic judgment that becomes the base of creating values through aesthetic behaviors that do more than what’s necessary. Second, aesthetic judgment gets formed in the process of trying to find what matches oneself through one’s own works on the basis of the heart seeking common good. Aesthetic judgment leaps to a step higher through the process of inner conflicts and their settlement that makes what’s familiar strange and what’s strange familiar by having learners feel more than status quo through trainers’ own whole body reactions. This study has its theoretical meaning in that it explored the essential meaning found in the Corporate Aesthetic Education on the basis of beauty in the field of the corporate training and its practical meaning in that it presented the directionality of the Corporate Aesthetic Education for the formation of aesthetic judgment.
