HRD 담당자의 실천적 성찰에 기반한 기술적 전문성 규명에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 성찰과 실천을 통해서 진정한 성찰적 실천가(reflectivepractitioner)로 거듭난다고 하였던 Schön의 논의를 바탕으로 HRD 담당자가 성찰적 실천가로 거듭나는 모습, 즉 전문가로 성장하는 모습을 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구를 통해 HRD 담당자는 기술의 3가지 요소인 1) 인공물을 활용할 수 있는 전문성, 2) HRD 및 관심 있는 다양한 분야의 지식을 내재화하는전문성, 그리고 3) 실제 현장에서 인공물과 지식을 자유자재로 융합하고 새롭게 제작, 활용 가능한 행위로 표출할 수 있는 전문성을 모두 갖춰야 함을 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구는 기술과 불가분의 관계에 있는 현대 사회에서 기술과관련된 HRD 담당자의 전문성 요소를 규명해 내어 개인과 조직의 차원에서지속 가능한 성장과 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있도록 하는데 시사점을 제공한다.

This study tried to examine that persons in charge of HRD are born again as reflectivepractitioners, that is they grow as professionals based on the fact that Schön whoemphasized especially phronesis and practical introspection argued that men are bornagain as true reflective practitioners through retrospection and practice starting beinginterested in learners’ experiences, background, and purposes with having a criticalmind about his classes. The study provides implications which can secure sustainable growth andcompetitiveness in the individual and organizational levels by investigating and revealingprofessionalism of persons in charge of HRD in modern society which are integral partsof techniques.
