| dc.description.abstract | This study considering the interaction regions in terms of the social network theory and analysis of network formation and change in the spatial structure of the system shown, there is a purpose to search for factors that affect the change. In this study, we explore the typical city commuting and activities of urban spatial structure changes in terms of residential moves. Since 2001, we build a commuter type of OD and ID to connect to the starting point and end point and end point of the movement of housing by 2013. Using network analysis to identify the network structure between the central city concept, the central factor in any changes that occurred between 2001 and 2013 were analyzed that act. In addition, the spatial structure of the network is that the vertical relationship between the center of the system is enhanced, or the network is to determine whether the change was reinforced by a horizontal relationship. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Despite the efforts of various local distribution policies according to analysis results appear to be largely concentrated in the central and Seoul metropolitan areas including Seoul which is still highly dependent formation was very high. On the other hand, after 2010 while strengthening the centrality of Yeungnam area around Busan and Ulsan, Daegu is a metropolitan area network construction and strength of this pattern appears to reduce. Second, the factors that affect whether the metropolitan prestige central position, was the human capital beams the correlation of the amount of the statistically significant level, for JHB(Job housing balance) value that is smaller, but in contrast, negative model commuter. It was investigated as showing the correlation. | - |
