Abstract
A decline in the youth population affects society and industry, and support for the growth of young people is required to better lead the social environment in the future. Youth space, where youth programs are the most popular, needs to reflect the needs of young people more. The youth complex cultural space represents the characteristics of youth and the characteristics of the times as well as the landmark nature of the urban environment as a public architecture of the youth complex cultural space. Thus, the purpose of this study is to identify the direction of development of youth complex cultural spaces and to present the direction of improvement of user-centered youth complex cultural spaces by identifying the spatial composition characteristics of youth complex cultural spaces and general complex cultural spaces. The Zero-Gravity Zone is a space for young people in their 20s and 30s, and it selects young people aged 20 to 39 who are called those in their 20s and 30s as the subjects of the study. This study was largely approached in two aspects: ‘Composition Characteristics of Complex Cultural Space’ and ‘Composition Characteristics of Complex Cultural Space for Young People,’ and 3 weightless zones, which are complex cultural spaces for young people located in Seoul, were selected as the target spaces for this study and conducted a case study.
