주거단지 내 스마트홈 서비스 환경 조성방안 제안: 사례분석을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 초연결성으로 대표되는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 인근환경 및 도시데이터 연계를 기반으로 하는 종합적인 주거서비스의 관점에서 스마트홈 서비스 영역을 확장하고자 하였다. 연구의 주요 내용으로 복지, 자립, 첨단으로 구성되는 스마트홈 서비스 유형을 도출하였다. 아울러, 사례분석을 바탕으로 유형 별 서비스의 세부 내용을 구체화하고 실제 주거단지 내 서비스 환경 조성방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 다양한 기반기술 및 사용자 수요에 대응하는 스마트홈 서비스 환경 계획의 기반 자료로써 활용되는 것을 기대하는 바이다.

Facing the 4th industrial revolution era represented by hyper-connection, this study aims to expand the area of smart home services from a comprehensive perspective of housing services based on the linkage of surrounding environments and urban data. For this study, the types of smart home services including welfare, self-reliance and high tech were extracted. Moreover, based on case analysis, the details of individual types of services were materialized and plans for creation of service environments in housing complex were suggested. It is anticipated that this study can serve as fundamental data for smart home service environment planning to deal with various base technologies and users’ needs in future.
