Abstract
In this paper, we propose a fast global motion estimation (GME) for dynamic 3D point cloud compression (PCC). We applied fast distortion measurement method(FDM) to replace and reduce the computational complexity of GME. The experimental results show that the proposed method is two times faster than MPEG V-PCC. © 2019 ITE and SID
