대학 내 실천학습에서 지식창조 프로세스를 위한 학습 환경 설계에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 실천학습과 지식창조이론의 공통 기반이 되는 구성주의 이론이 처방이론에 주는 시사점을 밝히고, 실천학습과 지식창조이론의 학습원리를 비교 분석한 후, 실천학습에서 구성원들의 문제에 대한 내재적 학습을 중심으로 지식창조를 이끌 수 있는 학습 환경의 설계 원리를 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 12월부터 2016년 6월까지 실천학습 프로그램을 운영하는 서울 소재 H대학교 ‘H학술타운’ 프로그램의 40팀의 문헌자료를 살펴보고, 참여경험이 있는 6명의 학생들을 선정해 심층인터뷰 하였으며, 진행 중에 있는 1개의 팀을 선정하여 참여관찰 후 분석하였다. 본 논문은 구성주의의 공통 토대를 기반으로 실천학습의 프로세스에서 지식창조모델을 통합하여 대학교육에서의 문제해결 능력향상을 위한 새로운 처방 논리를 제공하였다는 점에서 이론적 의의가 있으며, 질적 연구를 통해 지식창조 각 단계별 어떤 환경적 지원이 필요한지에 대한 구체적 사례를 제시한다는 점에서 실제적 의의가 있다.

This research suggests the implications that are given from constructivism to prescription theory which are common base of action learning and knowledge creating theory. Designing principle of learning environment has been researched which can lead knowledge creation focused on the internalized learning about components of action learning, after comparing and contrasting the learning principle between the action learning and knowledge creation theory. For this, this thesis used the qualitative case study method based on the grounded theory at both aspects of individual and team whether learning has been done or not in action learning. This thesis is theoretically important that new prescription logic for improving problem solving ability in university education is provided by integrating action learning process and knowledge creating model based on the common foundation of constructivism. It is also practically signigicant that specific case is given which environmental aid is needed for creating the knowledge by having qualitative research.
