A survey on nurses’ perception, satisfaction, and needs related to continuing education [국내 간호사의 보수교육에 대한 인식, 만족도 및 요구도 조사]

Abstract

Purpose: 본 연구는 국내 간호사의 보수교육에 대한 인식, 만족도 및 요구도를 조사하여 보수교육 발전의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도하였다. Methods: 대한간호협회 10개 산하단체 회원수 110,601명을 대상으로 비비례할당표집방법을 이용하여 총 1,106명을 선정, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 최종 873명이 참여하였다. 2015년 2월 2일부터 27일까지 자료를 수집하였으며 수집된 자료는 기술통계, t-test, One-way ANOVA, 사후검정은 Scheffe test로 분석하였다. Results: 보수교육에 대한 인식은 1점 만점에 평균 0.69점이었고 보수교육에 대한 만족도는 5점 만점에 3.66점, 보수교육에 대한 요구도는 6점 만점에 4.33점이었다. 보수교육 인식, 만족도 및 요구도는 연령, 결혼, 교육, 근무지역, 근무형태, 임상경력에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 인식과 만족도는 근무기관과 소속기관에 따른 차이가 더 있었다. Conclusion: 간호사 보수교육의 발전을 위해 보수교육을 위한 통합적인 정보시스템 구축과 경력개발을 위한 다양한 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate perception, satisfaction and needs for continuing education fornurses in Korea. Methods: Participants were selected 1,106 using disproportional stratified sampling for the 110,601members of the 10 affiliated organizations of the Korean Nurses Association and 873 nurses participated in the onlinesurvey.
