사례분석을 통한 쉐어하우스의 사용자 중심 디자인 특성

Abstract

This study would aim to provide the basic data necessary for a direction of a plan for share houses, analyzing the characteristics of the user-oriented design. For this purpose, this study investigated share houses, located in Seoul, which opened within five years, and the research results are as follows. Overall, the functionality was applied the most while the experientiality and interactivity appeared to be low. In addition, in the shared space, services and spaces considering the users’ convenience were provided, taking the aspect of usability into account, while the functionality attaching importance to privacy was emphasized in the personal space.
