Abstract
The purpose of the current research was for developing 1) a comprehensive conceptual framework of learning agility and 2) an integrated measurement learning agility measurement. Through the in integrated literature review approach, 6 sub domains were extracted for the basis of the comprehensive learning agility model (sub domain name = Self-directed Learning, Seeking constructive feedback, Critical reflection, Challenging experience, Rational problem solving, and Adaptation to the job environment). Based on the model, sub-items (22 items) were developed through the content validation process. In addition, 365 cases were collected for validating developed measurement. As results, developed measurement model was found to be significantly valid in terms of model-data fit (GFI = .881) and error variance (RMSEA = .049). Limitations and further research recommendations were discussed focused on how to apply in the academia and workplace.
