- Abstract
- 본 연구는 용도지역상 일반주거지역 내상업화 가로변 건축물 측면공간의 높은 활용실태및 이용자 수요를 분석하고 이와 괴리되는 현 제도와의 문제점을 고찰하여 이에 대한 개선 방향을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 측면공간의 활용이 활발히 일어나고 있는 대상지역을 선정하여 현장 실태분석과 공간의 실질적 이용자를대상으로 한 의견수렴을 진행하였고, 최종적으로 공간활용에 대한 제도개선 필요성 및 방향성을 제안하였다.
