| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 학생의 학교적응 지표인 학교 소속감에 있어서 이주배경에 따른 차이가 있는지 살펴보고, 차이가 있다면 그것이 어떤 요인에 기인하는지 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기 지역 초‧중등 학생 1,609명에 대한 자료를 토대로 분석이 이루어졌다. 분석 결과, 가족 구성원 가운데 어머니가 해외출생인 경우 그렇지 않은 경우에 비해 학생의 학교 소속감이 뚜렷하게 낮았다. 어머니의 해외출생 여부에 따른 학교 소속감 차이의 이유에 대한 설명으로서, 학생의 언어 차이나 문화 정체성 차이에 기인한 것이라는 ‘문화적 부조화’ 가설은 지지되지 않았다. 반면, 자녀와 부모 간의 ‘문화적응 격차’로 인한 부모의 소극적인 교육적 관여 때문이라는 가설은 지지되었다. 이러한 결과는 언어·문화적 결핍 모델에 기초한 이주배경 학생 지원 프로그램의 재검토 필요성 및 학부모 대상 개입의 중요성을 시사한다. | - |
