dc.description.abstract본 연구의 목적은 교육복지우선지원사업의 프로그램 개발 절차를 탐색하는데 있다. 연구를 위해 ADDIE 모형을 이론모형으로 하여 프로그램 개발 절차를 도출하였다. 초·중등학교 교육복지우선지원사업 담당자를 대상으로 실태 및 요구사항 등을 파악하고, 프로그램 개발 절차를 정교화 하였다. 또한 델파이 기법을 활용하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 연구결과 ADDIE 모형을 적용한 교육복지우선지원사업 프로그램 개발 절차는 ‘준비-분석-진단 및 설계-개발-실행-평가’의 6단계로 도출되었으며, 각 단계별로 세부 활동내용을 제시하였다. 델파이 분석기법에서 활용되는 CVR값을 통해 6단계에 대한 타당도를 조사한 결과 모든 항목에서 CVR값이 0.76이상으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 도출된 교육복지우선지원사업 프로그램 개발 절차는 향후 학교현장에서 교육복지우선지원 사업 프로그램 담당자의 역량에 따른 프로그램 기획 및 운영 상의 격차를 완화할 수 있음을 시사점으로 제공하였다.-
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research is for exploring the procedures of Education Welfare Priority Project program development prototype. As research method, ADDIE model was applied for extracting program development steps. We have identified the actual conditions and requirements for the primary and secondary school education welfare priority support project managers, and elaborated program development procedures. We also validated the content validity using Delphi technique. As a result of the study, the development process of the Welfare Priority Support Program applying the ADDIE model was derived as 6 steps of 'Preparation - Analysis - Diagnosis and Design - Development - Implementation – Evaluation' and We presented detailed activities at each stage. As a result of the validity of the 6 steps through the CVR values used in the Delphi analysis, the CVR values of all items were very high, 0.76 or more. As a conclusion of the research, it was confirmed that development procedures of the Education Welfare Priority Project program could be applied into the school sites though the verification process and collaboration actions with education welfare program teachers and community education welfare program experts. Finally, we provided suggestions for contributing to mitigate the gaps between program planning and program operation which could be caused by the competency levels of the educators in charge for educational welfare program development and operation in actual school sites.-
